First Command is embarking on an ambitious goal: Recruit 2,100 military veterans and spouses in five years. These individuals often possess the determination, leadership and resolve that will equip them to be successful Financial Advisors and allow them to serve the community they know and care for.

As part of this initiative, we’re partnering with Hiring Our Heroes, an organization that shares our resolve. In addition to monetary support, First Command is providing hands-on assistance at job fairs across the country, financial education sessions for servicemembers and face-to-face discussions about career transitioning. Through this partnership, we hope to provide valuable support while encouraging businesses across the country to step up and fill this crucial void.
