The Veteran Jobs Mission is a private sector coalition focused on hiring and retaining veteran talent in their workforces. The companies represent virtually every industry with employment opportunities throughout America. Collectively, these companies have hired more than 340,000 veterans since 2011.

The Veteran Jobs Mission provides a range oftips and resources to veteran jobseekers including:

• A Transition Field Guide that helps service members develop theirpost-military plans. The guide lays out four potential transition pathways:entering the job market, obtaining further training or certification, going back to school or starting a business.

• Educational tips for transition service members and veterans
• A list of government and private sector resources.
