The trucking industry has a variety of career paths for veterans, including professional drivers, diesel mechanics, human resources personnel, and managers. The Trucking Track website and mobile app (enabled by FASTPORT’s JobMaps™ technology) has generated:

• 1,000,000 job views
• 30,000 online applications
• 10,000 mentor connections

The trucking industry has seen these results and is following our lead by making veteran hiring commitments. On FASTPORT’s Trucking Track alone, over 200 trucking industry employers have committed to hire more than 40,000 veterans. In addition, the American Trucking Associations and Truckload Carriers Association have committed on behalf of their members to hire 100,000 and 50,000 veterans respectively. The Trucking Track is working to continue this success to positively impact thousands more transitioning service members, veterans, and military families.
