RESOURCE GUIDE:

Transition GPS (Goals, Plans, Success) is an outcome-based, modular curriculum with both core curriculum and individually customized modules on education, career technical training, and entrepreneurship .

Service-Specific Transition Assistance is also available for each branch: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard.
